  • The order does not vanish at the supplier. Checkout and marketplace come back to OMS. Supplier fulfillment is a status in the queue, not a separate sheet.
  • A mixed model is normal. Some SKUs from the shelf, some from dropshipping. Staff pick by stock source, not by “which store”.
